Kid Cudi took to the stage last night at the Roseland Ballroom and announced that he has formed his own label, Wicked Awesome Records and a new band: 2 Be Continuum.
“I’ve only been playing guitar for 9 months but the records are epic, epic, I’m really excited. We gunna have that first single for you soon.”

Fun freestyle and remix by Beatcakes favorite, Kosha Dillz (love that shout out to Jersey - haters to the left) and Diwon. Diplo’s original is sped up with Middle Eastern-inspired beats, and made a little less bass-heavy. Kosha Dillz taking full advantage of Diplo’s chromatic bassline though. He’ll be opening for Snoop for some European shows. More importantly, if you happen to be in Amsterdam on June 28th, and you’re from the US, you’ll get vip with Snoop and Kosha. Oh snap.

A-Trak asked me to do it for a possible Fools Gold release of this baby, around September 2008. I guess, by the time I got to finish this (which I never really did), them crooks and the Cleveland kid were touching the stratosphere with their ‘Day and Night’ bomb, and thus never dropped ‘The Martian’. It’s not the most inspired remix I ever did, but I still enjoy playing it from time to time. Enjoy—
I agree, its an okay remix. More excited for the fact that Mehdi is releasing a remix compiliation right now tentatively called Red Black and Blue on 9/9/09. Dude needs more remixes to be produced now.
